At least four Reiki sessions are recommended for a real breakthrough in healing. We request that you select the 90 min session or 2-hour for your first treatment so we can give you a full evaluation and set goals for your future treatments (Why 4 Treatments? ). For subsequent sessions, you may choose the 1-hour appointment.
